Overall for the price this is a good hotel in a convenient location for beaches and buses into the old town. We stayed in the main building. The room while rather dated was perfectly functional. The view left a little to be desired but did not matter as we were out exploring Dubrovnik. Breakfast was adequate - plenty of food both hot and cold - only improvement would be decaffeinated tea/coffee! The pool was lovely with lots of space though some more parosols would be great. The view from the pool was amazing. Overall a good stay for money.

Upon arrival the staff explained to me that the bus line 4 stop was just around the corner to travel to downtown Dubrovnik which is only 3 km away. They provided me with a map. They also explained the breakfast and wifi. The hotel has a nice restaurant, has a Studenac store less than 200 meters away. One minor detail is that my room had only two electric outlets, one being for the TV. For me that was fine but for someone with multiple devices that might be a relevant detail. 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

The pool and the view are an amazing. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was helpful for the most part. The room was small but you’re really paying for the location.
