Loved the stay and location. Breakfast was incredible. The homemade yogurt and jellies were amazing. Even under the bed was cleaned. Great game room to hang out with friends too.

We had a very pleasant atay and we would come back to this property over and over again. The breakfast was superb, a huge selection was provided. It is customary in Brazil to get free breakfast in hotels and hostels, this breakfast was of superior quality. The only negative comment i would have is that the bed was very hard. We strongly recommend this property property.

Foi uma surpresa agradável: sabíamos que a avaliação geral da Pousada era boa, mas a experiência foi superior à expectativa! Limpeza, café da manhã, instalações do quarto e demais dependências surpreenderam favoravelmente. Mas, o ponto alto foi: o atendimento! Realmente fantástico! Desde a portaria até o atendimento no bar da piscina, tudo foi muito bom!

Ótima, porém pecou em alguns aspectos.
A pousada é excelente, organizada, funcionários educados e ficamos em uma suite bonita e confortável. Ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado, o mesmo funcionava porém não gelava, os funcionários foram solicitos em verificar mas não conseguiram corrigir o problema. No primeiro dia foi quase insuportável devido ao calor, no periodo da noite foi melhor pq o tempo em si estava mais fresco. A justificativa da pousada foi que poderia ser alguma sobrecarga na energia, algo do tipo, pois no dia seguinte com a pousada vazia o ar condicionado estava gelando mais e conseguimos ficar tranquilos. Outro ponto negativo é que todas as luzes do quarto (suite ouro) acendem ao mesmo tempo, ou seja, não é possivel por exemplo deixar somente as lâmpadas da hidro acessas e o resto apagadas pois todas inclusive da área do chuveiro acedem e apagam juntas... Fora esses pontos ocorreu tudo bem e a pousada vale a pena, o café da manhã é bem servido com muitas opções.

Cama assassina de canelas
A cama não era adequada para o tamanho do quarto. Bati minha perna 2 vezes na quina da cama, o que causou um ferimento e muita dor. Não havia sabonete na pia. O papel higiênico em folhas é para ambientes corporativos e não para quartos de hotel ou pousadas. A isolação acústica é terrível, eu ouvia tudo o que meu vizinho de quarto falava e deveria acontecer o mesmo comigo. Mesmo sendo um quarto de preço mais econômico, esses detalhes de circulação e ergonomia deveriam ser revisados com urgência.
