The staff and service at Uma Sapna were excellent during our recent stay. Rooms (we were moved to an upgraded room during our stay, to our delight) were very well appointed, beds and linens were very comfortable, and rooms were large and clean. The private pools were cleaned often, and water temperature was perfect to cool down at the end of a hot day of touring and shopping. Staff provided an exceptional level of service, and we felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay.

Staff are very courteous and helpful and always friendly. I booked a villa with private plunge (small) pool, and it was worth every penny. Clean (although some build-up around the shower door, but not noticeable unless you looked for it), well-appointed (included: four bottles of water daily, bug repellent, shopping basket, robes, slippers). The tub in the bathroom was divine for nightly baths! There's actually also a central pool for anyone in the hotel to enjoy. Location-wise, this is in Seminyak, so yes there is a good amount of traffic, but the villa is on a side street and I felt it was super quiet for sleep each night.

this property had too many mosquitos, the neighbouring villas did not have so many mosquitos, also too many ants in the open area of the villa, once the mosquitos enter the room, very difficult to keep them at bay, in the shower area the water pressure very low, the faucets also leaking and have water marks or stains, no exhaust in the water closet or the shower area, good quality of the toiletries, the kettle had many stains at the bottom, for breakfast please they only offer 1 big and 1 small plate, but they did not inform us about this, since we are vegetarians, they managed to prepare some food for us and when we asked for a repeat of some fruits they said it will be on chargeable basis, while booking and also at the time of check-in we were never informed about this, good villa to stay a very very small pool, good selection of mini bar, tea / coffee options, very serene place
