This charming two story cottage is just a short walk from La Jolla village's iconic shopping and dining. The first floor has the newly renovated kitchen with granite counters and a gas range. The bedroom with a queen sized bed, and updated bathroom are also on the main level. The second story has the living area and the walk out patio which has great neighborhood views. There are air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom.



Even though you'll be a short walk to the ocean's edge and only about a 15 minute walk to downtown La Jolla - where you can find some great shopping options and eateries - make sure to bring your car because you'll want to check out all the popular sights of La Jolla and nearby San Diego. A 20-minute drive will take you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, and Sea World is even closer!

Parking Notes: One parking space in the back on the left side of the house. Only one car. Do not park in the alley/in front of the garage.





Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)



The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
