Every person we encountered at Hotel flamencos were top notch. They are so friendly, helpful and kind. The area is very close to the metro and only about 8 blocks to the main Zocalo. We stayed during dia de Los muertos and it was a perfect stay to be right outside all the main chaos and only a short walk into it. We would absolutely stay here again.

To us this hotel is far from exceptional. It's good but there is nothing special about it. Breakfast is good, not great. Rooms lack charm and basic items expected for a good hotel: noisy sink, noisy refrigerator, empty refrigerator with absolutely nothing in it, no kleenex tissue, noisy fan in the shower, uncomfortable beds. This is the most inaccurate rating I've ever seen in hotels.com
