Good place if you need to stay close to the airport. Super comfortable, helpful and friendly staff as well.
They also offer a free shuttle to Congonhas airport, which is super!

Conveniently located by Congonhas airport. Hotel is clean. Had issues with keyless entry system. Had to reactivate daily. Otherwise, it’s an efficient hotel for short or long stays. Thanks

close to airport but shabby
Positives: close to airport; shuttle was efficient
Negatives: room was shabby; things were broken (the bedside lamp was falling apart, the toilet didn't flush properly); the bottom sheet on the bed didn't cover the mattress at the foot; one staff person told us breakfast started at 7AM (too late for us) but when we got to lobby at 6AM for our shuttle, others were eating; shuttle system was confusing (you had to ask for a ticket).

The noise levels in the bedroom were so high that the windows were rattling every 5 minutes when a plan took off. It felt like I had my bad on the runway without any noise insulation

What i liked first. Room was nice, spatious and comfortable, well maintained and clean, as well as common areas. So if your interested mostly in that you d be satisfied. Area is not the best , but right in front of the Coghonas airport and guarulhos express bus stop, which is a valuable point.
What i was disappointed of was the sport facility that for me is paramount; pool closed, the gym cardio machines had obviously not been maintained or checked lately. Two out of three bikes were unusable,
pedals not fixed, one treadmill would not incline, so when several people were there the options were limited, which is a waste since the gym would have been pretty good and big otherwise, with lots of weights, if well maintained i would have been satisfied. Note: it closes at 10pm, and pretty strict about that , which does not make much sense. You should give 24hrs access for travelers with different schedules, delays,jet leg, etc.
Anither thing: check in process longer than the average.

Os funcionários foram excelentes. Infelizmente o quarto estava com chão sujo, roupa de cama estava limpa mas cheia d e manchas, o quarto tinha estragos na parede, a pia do banheiro estava com vazamento e ao ligar o ar condicionado o barulho era insuportável, além de não esfriar nada. Como era somente uma noite, então optei por suportar mas foi bem desagradável. E não é uma diária barata, logo deixou muito a desejar!

Quarto razoavelmente limpo, mas os ralos dos banheiros exalam odores. A TV não funciona de forma adequada, trava constantemente. Equipe de atendimento muito sem experiência, inclusive o gerente. Em uma manhã , em horário de pico, todos os cinco elevadores para uso de hóspedes estavam parados, só funcionava o elevador de serviço que, ao invés de ficar liberado para uso dos hóspedes, estava ocupado por carrinhos dd equipe de limpeza. Fui comentar com o gerente, e ele desconhecia que a equipe de limpeza estava usando o elevador de serviço e impedindo o uso pelos hóspedes, que ficavam longo tempo esperando pelo elevador, e não conseguiam entrar no elevador. A equipe do front desk é júnior, e a atendente do concierge (balcão para moradores) não passa adiante os pedidos a ela feitos (para ciobar limpeza dos quartos, por exemplo).
