Stayed due to being close to the airport

The stay overall was very good. Pleasantly surprised with the property. They have been doing some renovations and the rooms were updated very nicely. Close to the airport and had shuttle service to and from. Only stayed one night. Had breakfast in the morning that was adequate for what I needed.

We flew in late and didn’t get our car until the next day. The shuttle service is fantastic. The hotel is close to the car rentals and really close to the airport. For a budget hotel we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel stated it had refrigerator in room but didn’t the speed numb to get to my room was seriously high to where I damaged underneath my car going to park and leave the hotel hardly nothing good for breakfast eggs tasted odd and no knives or spoons only forks so eating cereal and yogurt with a fork was not the best.

Horrible business stay.

My air went out and was leaking onto the floor and the front desk said they would report it. Not send someone to fix it or move me to a room with working air. The next morning I had no hot water and again the front desk said she would report it.

Every was good but NO hot water told frint response there wiring on it the whole .we were in town for a wedding and NO showers during the stay abd they weren't working on anything. They just don't adjust the setts to provide the correct temperature.

Skip these guys altogether

This is by far the worst airport adjacent hotel in the New Orleans market. It’s definitely one of the cheapest but once you arrive, you understand quickly that you’ve made a bad decision. The staff was friendly however the property is older than a lot of others. There was little to no WiFi to the point that the TV had to be turned off. The interior rooms are minimally, decorated the window AC unit units do not provide much cold air. in the morning of my departure realized that for whatever reason there was no available hot water to take a shower. Highly suggest any of the other adjacent hotels.
