This holiday home with heated pool is located in the small village of Rukavac in a breathtaking location on the slopes of the Ucka Mountains, above the famous Opatija. You will literally be pampered here! Enjoy the ideal climatic conditions, where the sea climate mixes with the fresh mountain air.

The unique thing about this holiday property is the spectacular panoramic view over the Kvarner islands and the bay with turquoise water. Especially in the evening the city lights are revealed in the distance. On the ground floor of the neat interior, the living area is connected to a spacious covered terrace with barbecue, sunbathing area and infinity pool. In addition to three of the four bedrooms, there is a mini wellness area with sauna and whirlpool on the upper floor. The "konoba" invites you to gather with your beloved ones with content such as table tennis, indoor fireplace, kitchen and TV.

Active holidaymakers are well served on the natural property opposite the holiday home: there is a badminton network, forest with hiking trails and approx. 500 m away are tennis courts.

The ideal location allows you to explore Istria and Kvarner. Opatija, Lovran and Volosko offer a range of entertainment and cultural programs in the summer evenings. Gourmets will taste the local specialities in excellent taverns nearby.
