Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The suite allowed our family of 4 enough space to relax in comfort. The kitchen is very convenient and the location is great- an easy walk to Love Park and City Hall and the Christmas Village.

My only issue was that they texted me to tell me that they were eco-friendly and if we didn't want the room cleaned to just text them back "plant a tree." I did that but room service still came in and changed all my towels and everything. I really didn't want them in my room and that's why I texted that. I also prefer to be a little more environmentally conscious.

We loved staying at The Windsor Suites. Fantastic location, quiet, clean, safe, professional staff. Con Murphy's next door had excellent food & drinks, Victory Brewing a minute walk. Christmas village was a 5 minute walk. Parking was very professional and easy. We would return.

I read that they had off street parking, not only valet. However, when we arrived I was told it was only valet for $55 a night. When I tried to question what I read the guy was rude and said that was all they had. We stayed there because it was close to UPenn hospital, where my husband was having surgery the next morning.

Stayed for only 1 night…hotel was very nice wish I would’ve stayed longer to experience the restaurants/bars as well as the outside fire pit offered! Price is an absolute STEAL!! Parking offered onsite through valet which is $55 per night(until 2pm)! Valet service wasn’t that great…wait time was a little excessive at times and 1 gentleman was extremely rude the morning I had checked out!! The hotel accommodated me due to the situation even though they said valet was through a separate company! Great hotel…not so great parking garage valet!
