The Landmark Hotel & SPA Leisure Club Dundee By Sunday

The Landmark Hotel & SPA Leisure Club Dundee By Sunday

8/10 Good
"We feel the breakfast let the hotel down. Times stated are 7am to 10am. That should mean that there should be full availability and the hot food should be hot. We had our breakfast at 9 each morning and the hot food was warm not hot. It was a shame as it did let the hotel down. We did enjoy a very tasty meal in the early evening."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Dundee

  1. Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Dundee on a budget is particularly appealing during January, February, and December when hotels may offer lower prices. For those keen to explore Dundee's rich history and cultural landmarks — including museums, monuments, dining venues, golf courses, spas, tours, sightseeing spots, shopping centres, and bars — a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended. This schedule allows ample time to experience the city's affordable attractions and ensures a great value for money trip that could drop overall expenses even further.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: For those seeking the best hotel deals in Dundee, consider exploring the DealsOpens in a new window section on Hotels.com, where you may discover attractive rates on hotels. If you're planning a spontaneous trip, the Last-Minute Deals area could be of interest, as it might present opportunities for discounted stays close to your travel date. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool, available via the app, is designed to help travellers compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re more likely to see competitive offers without missing out on any special promotions.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary due to factors including the hotel's location, star rating, and season, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in a Dundee hotel. For those seeking something different, boutique hotels might offer a more personalised experience and potentially better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your selected dates is above or below average, and if it is on the higher side, we might suggest alternative dates that could help you find a better deal.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Dundee’s excellent public transport links, you might find a more affordable independent hotel further afield that’s still well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
