Beautiful hotel, great service, clean rooms and all the staff (security, housekeeping and front desk) were very friendly. My only criticism would be that there was a man out front the hotel often yelling, he was obviously on drugs or something, but it was not a very comfortable feeling when coming or going from the main entrance.

This is my go-to hotel when staying in downtown Toronto. It is close to the Union Station and many attractions. Despite it being an older hotel it is very clean and the staff are very helpful. I love the fact it is a suite as opposed to just a hotel room, especially at such a reasonable price.
