The first thing that I really didn’t like here is that the service is very poor and not attentive at all. Some of the workers are rude although I came across some that were very sweet.

the property was nice and clean but the staff were not organized. it took 3 hours just to eat in the resteraunt and one night we got up and left. they said that there were sailing and snorkeling and horse back riding amongst other thing but nothing was available.i truly think expedia ought to give me some type of refund or credit because this resort did not have anything to do that they advertised.
