I have to say we had a wonderful stay. Everything worked at great from bell service to check in. Room was clean and big. And of course the location is the best around. Really had a great weekend!

This was a very nice hotel, the last few years it has really been slipping. Staff still very good, outside of the fact that they want you to email them instead of answer the phone. Furniture old, lousy towels and pillows, breakfast buffet was stellar, now very poor.

The hotel was filthy. Broken light in the room. Not enough staff. Website said restaurant was open However it was closed. No room service, pool closed. Had to wait 1 hour for breakfast in line. Very short staffed. I understand Covid issues but this hotel was a pit and not worth the money.

Great location... easy walking to heavenly village, harrahs and Harvey’s. The room and bathroom felt clean. Only complaint is that it could use new mattresses and pillows. Overall a good stay and we would stay here again 😁

They put us in a handicap room between two families. A little one kept trying to open the door from the shared door. It’s nice that they have a free breakfast but the food has gone downhill and the line was so long it’s ridiculous. The rooms are not as comfortable as they used to be, their couches are hard as a rock. I would have complained about the room but they seemed to be at full capacity. I would think twice about staying there again as my last experience wasn’t great either.

Front Desk check in person (JOSE) was NOT very accommodating. He was rude & not too friendly. Did not explain that there was no guest parking. Why would hotel do valet instead of having just the guest parked their vehicle and charge parking? During Covid times, you wouldn't want any other person use your vehicle. The hotel has deteriorated a lot from what it used to be. Room Furniture are dusty. Elevator floors are dirty. Lobby is gloomy making it not very inviting. Hotel carpet looks old & mirky. Why would a hotel charge a Resort Fee when all amenities are closed anyways? Overall, i do not recommend this hotel and will most likely not come back.

I’m tired of going to hotels and having them use the resort fee for items which are included in the hotel the pool was closed hot tubs close fitness centers closed only parking is valet for $27 the resort fee was now for them to keep the fridge in the room the coffee maker in the room the free Wi-Fi was now being charged to the resort fee they say it’s for extra cleaning sanitizing because they not clean and sanitize before very disappointed
