I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.

The place was quite but room cleaning was not included in the price and that was okay and we cleaned aftre ourselves. The attendant Gamal waas very helpful when he was around. most likely thn not, we will stay here again.
