10/10 Excellent
"One of those reviews you're excited to write about as soon as you leave [didn't want to leave but I had to...]! What a beautiful hotel, restaurant and location! We had a balcony facing the water and it was special waking up in the morning to the view and having a balcony to really take it in. The beaches were so quaint and relaxing along the whole coast and it was so easy getting into Trogir from there too! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the really kind owner of this beautiful place, she made sure we were comfortable and ready to relax! We reserved a table for dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing, the food, drinks and service were hands down some of the best while we travelled Croatia for 10 days! We still think about the octopus carpaccio and fish dishes we ordered! Breakfast was beautifully presented and had so many different options of fresh foods. Everything is made in house! It felt so safe and like home at this hotel, it was our favourite stay and one we will never forget. Thank you Ivanka and staff, we wish you all the best always! - Kelly from Canada :)"

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Trogir

  1. Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Trogir is during January, November, and December, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For those on a budget, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is ideal for uncovering the town's rich history and culture. This duration allows visitors to explore significant landmarks, including ancient ruins, charming monuments, and the picturesque marina. Additionally, you can enjoy the sandy beach, the quaint port, and the serene islands, all of which contribute to Trogir's great value for money as a cultural destination.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Trogir on Hotels.com, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals section, where you may find discounted hotel rates close to your travel date. Additionally, by enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com, you're more likely to see flash sales and special last-minute promotions, helping you save on your stay. The Smart Shopping feature within the app serves as a useful comparison tool, allowing you to assess hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're informed of any price drops or room availability, so you can seize the opportunity for a spontaneous getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in a Trogir hotel. If you’re seeking a unique experience, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and occasionally better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Trogir's excellent public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a little further out that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often considerable value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
