Overall decent stay. As the hotel is going through renovations (which I was aware of, they did a great job of noting ahead of my stay) the lobby area and elevators are not in the best asthetic state currently. My room was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable.

The property was under major renovation. This was not conveyed before booking. No lobby or dining for the free breakfast which was only a grab and go prepackaged muffin. Front desk staff occasionally would look up from their cell phone as you walked by. Attitude was as though you were a bother to them.

The place is undergoing some major interior renovations while remaining open for business right now so don't expect too much, but my room was just fine, fully upgraded, clean, tidy with all the latest mod cons and they put me on the 7th floor away from all the construction noise. The price was a steal for the location. If you are on a budget but still want to stay in a decent place this was perfect for me. I hope will be for you... Fred. Simpsonville, SC.
