Également, les usagers de l'hôtel laissent continuellement leurs vêtements dans les appareils sans venir les ramasser et nous devons constamment appeler la réception à cet effet; comme exemple, un simple lavage que j'aurais fait en une heure (laveuse et sécheuse), m'a pris 3h30 (sans exagérer). J'aurais préféré aller à la buanderie à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, avoir su."

"The hotel was very nice and clean and very modern feeling. It was a bit far away and remote from the city center of Taichung, so there isn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating in terms of holding our luggage, but unfortunately the night I was there, there wifi didn’t work and the TV also didn’t have any channels working. I did address it with the staff, but unfortunately they were not able to fix it for that day."
