Hotel Fiesta
"Great stay. The room wasn't big but had an open closet to put some of your stuff and a good amount of storage like drawers etc. The bed was very comfortable. I picked this hotel because they had a nice pool and jacuzzi which did not disappoint. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot though probably like 96 to 98 degrees F. The pool was very nice and so was the area around it with lots of comfy lounge chairs and day beds. The breakfast was very good with different options which they kept changing everyday. They did have scrambled eggs everyday but would change the bread, yogurt, other hot items, juices etc to different flavors or items. Breakfast is served at 7am to 9am & most tours go before that time. You can get a Breakfast to go bag which includes a ham & cheese sandwich, juice box, crackers and an apple. Not super exciting but better than nothing. The staff was great and gave us great restaurant recommendations like Fra Fre & Bahia Mar (best meal was the Brujo Bahia Mar Special). We also liked 1835 Cafe which have super good coffee drinks and lemonade. I didn't like the lobster which was kind of dry, but their Tomahawk and other steak was great. We found the best tour company just a few minutes walk from the hotel down Moises Brito, left on Tomas de Berlanga on left corner when you hit Av Baltra. Cheapest prices and they were so accommodating and let us rent wet suits for free and showed us where to meet for the different tours. Its called Galapagos Expediciones y Turismo."
Angermeyer Waterfront Inn
"The property itself was amazing. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the way they greet you is very pleasant. I also eat at the restaurant that they have there and the food was amazing as well. Only two things that were not ideal on my end was that there is construction going on from 7 AM all the way until eight or 9 PM. Also, the room I was staying in which is called the southern Cross is outdated and old. It was seen crack they were stained. The Jacuzzi does not work, the vanity in the bathroom was old and staining. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay and once all the renovations are complete I would like to go back if possible. I think the biggest selling point for this hotel is the team they have on staff. They are extremely friendly and willing to help at all times."
Hotel el descanso del Guia
"Muy lejos del centro"
El Barranco Galapagos
"Not a normal hotel experience. There was a dedicated house cleaner. The staff was extremely helpful. The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to have fun hanging out around the property. It was very private but so close to the most popular tour departures. Short 3 minute walk."
Galapagos Verde Azul
"Room was spacious with a lovely view, no elevators. Breakfast was a bread with jam and butter, a scrambled egg, an emapanada, fruit, and fruit juice. A lovely way to tart the day. The pool patio was a nice place to relax and the poo was great to cool off in. We were unable to figure out pool towels but dried quickly enough that it was not an issue."
Hotel Ninfa
"Everything was excellent and the location was perfect"
Ikala Galapagos Hotel
"I highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean and staff is very friendly. The air conditioning worked great and we were very comfortable in our rooms. The rooftop restaurant is very good and is very scenic. We had breakfast there and wished we would have had dinner there too. Good location. Highly recommend."
Acacia Galapagos Boutique Hotel
"I stayed in room 301 Pretty good view. 201 also has a view of the water. Breakfast was awesome every morning. Clean and close to the main avenue. The staff were excellent."
