Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin
"The hotel is beautiful and the view of my room was awesome."
Hilton Berlin
"Great location, staff and views!"
Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin
"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very competent and helpful. It is sparking clean and perfectly located. The rooms are large, the bar/restaurant is very pleasant and the swimming pool is luxurious. The air conditioning excellent.,The large lobby is welcoming with many comfortable chairs arranged in different groupings throughout the attractive space. I was surprised by the “minibar”.— an empty refrigerator you could fill yourself with drinks and snacks bought from a vending machine in the lobby. I think this an excellent idea that eliminates any potential disagreements at checkout time. I was also surprised that there was no one to help with luggage, not even a luggage cart to help ferry bags around. When asked, reception personnel pleasantly agreed to help, but it was awkward. They needed to leave their colleagues shorthanded when they attended to a task that seemed unsuited to their role. Had a luggage cart been available, I would not have needed their help."
IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof
"No frills hotel. Breakfast buffet was good but unchanging in the week I stayed there. Decent variety of hot and cold food. Decent value for money and well located close to Central Station."
Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz
"Good choice for breakfast, clean and well run hotel"
Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Berlin
"The staff were very polite and helpful on arrival. The carpet in the room had a couple of small stains, other than that, was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a small shop for snacks, drinks and other useful things was helpful."
Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz
"Room was ok but a bit small. The shower hose for the head was twisted and hard to position so the shower head didn’t spin around to the wall. Location was great, nice and quiet in the room and staff were very friendly and help full.."
Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin
"Clean room and helpful staff"
H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz
"Great location, great breakfast. Very accommodating staff. Work was being done on the property, but didn’t interfere with anything."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Berlin
- Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable times to visit Berlin are in January, August, and November, when hotel prices are generally lower. For an enriching experience that allows you to fully appreciate the city's landmarks, history, and cultural attractions, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended. During this time, you can explore iconic museums, stunning architecture, significant monuments, and vibrant shopping districts, all of which offer great value for money. This budget-friendly approach not only enhances your trip but also allows you to immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Berlin's urban culture and artistic scene.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Berlin on Hotels.com, begin by visiting the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about any flash sales and special promotions. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're well-equipped to make an informed choice. By doing so, you could be among the first to know when rooms become available or prices drop, making your last-minute getaway easier to book.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the season, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find better rates for your stay in a Berlin hotel. For those seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and could offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could lead to more affordable options.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive; however, thanks to Berlin's superb public transport system, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
