Shower fixing was broken, whole 3rd floor of hotel was covered in plastic wrap. Arrived to check in at 3 (agreed time), staff said to come back in 30 mins as he was too busy( just on his computer). I came back 30 mins later and was told the same again. He and all other staff very rude and seemed annoyed if approached. Whole place felt hostile to guests.

There was no internet connection in my room, asking at reception they answer "look closely" as if I did not understand. The mattress was of very poor quality, it practically folded in the middle. Really small TV. I paid for breakfast and had to walk 3 blocks to get it. Tehir cafe was undergoing renovations, they never told me before I arrived. Really very disappointed.

Building work taking place on site with loud drilling from 8 am until after 4pm . Another building site directly outside started work at 8. Indifference of staff to request for another room. No room cleaning due to staff shortages. Guests should be offered a full refund.
