The building and location are excellent, the unit we had (N533) was nice, had a nice view but not very clean, there was a urine stained mattress protector, the cabinet handles were cakey on the back sides (where you grab but they were wiped only on the front) and when we informed the owner that the provided beach chairs were broken we were told to rent some, which was very disapointing.

Beautiful property, condo was spacious, clean and well laid out. Everything seemed new and in excellent working order. Bonus to have a balcony and the view of both the canal and the ocean was stunning! Two packages of coffee were not enough for 5 days but we were able to get more when we asked.
