This hotel is centrally located and lovely. Just about everything you could want is here with one exception. The hotels.com listing is a bit deceptive when it says they have laundry facilities. They offer laundry but you have to send it off and, as expected from thst kind of offering, it is EXPENSIVE. Other than tbat though, the staff were wonderful and always willing to help whenever possible. The room was clean and even had heated bathroom floors. Even the price, compared to other top hotels, was quite affordable. Overall this was a fantastic stay!

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Breakfast was fantastic, and the entire staff was very attentive. The rooms were super clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, plus more spacious than we expected. The location was also a highlight: we had plenty of things nearby, all within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience. Ten out of ten!

It was a super peak period with the Youth Soccer Tournament held at Gothenburg The hotel was very busy. Our room was not cleaned until 5.40 pm Sunday and I have to vacate my room to facilitate the cleaning

Not our favourite stay in a hotel in Gothenburg. Unfortunately I mistakenly paid more for the experience suite, (which was actually a June suite). It was really not what I expected and not a great experience, but I should have done more research into it… never again. Then we found sweet wrappers in the bed which meant that someone came to change the bedding at 10pm. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. But all in all for what we paid not a great trip.
