"I'd give 4 stars out of 5 for cleanliness of the room. I could see dust on counter surfaces, dirty spots on the floor, stains on corners of bedsheet... I may be too picky, but I've seen worse and better. For a 5-stars, highly rated hotel, cleanliness in the room that I stayed is subpar. Staff is always helpful and courteous. I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always experienced the pleasant service the staff provided."
