"The place was very clean thanks to good housekeeping, and its location inside the Hanok Village made it very convenient to get around. However, when using the shower booth, a lot of water spilled outside, so I hope this can be improved. In general, it was excellent!"
"The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast café was particularly good. The rooms were comfortable and overall well-maintained.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The coffee service was disappointing. The room only had one instant coffee packet and an old coffee pot, instead of a modern coffee machine with multiple options. Additionally, guests are not allowed to take coffee from the breakfast bar to their rooms, which I found inconvenient. "
"Our room was extremely clean and with an amazing view. We especially loved the scent in the room and throughout the hotel. The Shinsegae mall being connected to the hotel offered a variety of dinning options and convenient shopping opportunities. We wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we travel, we hope to do an extended stay."
