the rooms are very dated. it was rust all around the top part of my tub and at the base. I could have thrown up. This was my bday trip and I asked for an upgrade upon arrivng. I didnt even complain I just stuck it out bcus if that was an upgrade, I assume they had none better. That room was a suite instead of a regular room he told me. Aside from that, great customer service, directly on the beach, beach chairs etc. onsite restaurant was okay.

The staff is at the top of the line in friendliness and being professional's. The entertainment staff is superb Juan and Alejandro are the best in their field. The hotel is adequate, does appear a little outdated. However, it has a great beach and the location is convenient since you can walk to the bus stop and take the bus to city center. The buffet is actually pretty good, I paid full price but if I had to do it again, I would book to include the breakfast and maybe inquire on any buffet package specials because it could get pricey doing buffet for all meals. They do have a convenience store in the hotel with kitchen basics to cook own food as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay, service at the restaurant was good.
