Good for the price.
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Staff were attentative. Cons: A little crowded especially at pool area(many kids running around) Specialty restaurants not very good.

The staff at this property was beyond amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool closes way too early, bars by the beach close down too early. The facility desperately needs to update the air conditioning system in the rooms, sweating while trying to sleep is not good. The facility is beautiful but does need a little facelift. Definitely we will be iberostar customers in the future but will be interested in different resorts. We personally would prefer different alcohol selections. Not disappointed with our trip but just giving constructive feedback.

We stayed at Iberostar Paraiso before and this summer we decided to try Tucan .So the food was Ok (you don’t have big selection of seafood )and it’s hard to booked the restaurants .But the entertainment staff they were excellent so much fun in the pool area and beach.I definitely will come back just because of them

We selected an Iberostar resort specifically for our daughter with life threatening peanut and tree nut allergies. We heard great things about their resort and allergy accommodations. The concierge staff was excellent! They provided us with an official letter written in Spanish to provide each time we went to a buffet or dinner reservation. The chef would come to us and personally take us to each display to give us specifics of ingredients and let us know what was safe for her and what was not. One chef brought her a special dessert at the end of our meal. She was delighted as no other desserts were considered safe without cross contamination. We always felt as though the wait staff was knowledgeable on any questions we had regarding the food and its ingredients. This was the most important piece to making our vacation work. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh and beautifully displayed. The wildlife was enjoyable to see on our walks to the pool and beach area. The pools were gorgeous and we had no problem finding seats to lounge. There were fun games, music, foam parties, and lots of fun in the sun! I would highly recommend this resort!
