- There was no1 at the front desk, and checkin was done over phone, and I had to WhatsApp them if I needed help - the front desk is always empty. They didn’t always respond to WhatsApp. - most amenities were not there (eg, water, a cup) - the room had a horrible damp smell Overall felt like a cheap motel / love hotel that you get for $15. There’s no way it was a decent hotel, and it was a total ripoff for the price
