A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The electrical sockets have USB connections and the wifi is easy to connect to and fast. We would happily stay here again.

I was very disappointed with our stay. Although the hotel was a convenient location to the city center with a 10-20 minute walk to the river and restaurants the lack of service, cleanliness, and assistance was the worse we have ever had. We have traveled extensively

Wonderful spot close to everything

We stayed here for one night on our family trip through Scotland. It was so clean and modern. We booked the family room which had two twin beds and a double. Plenty of room for me and my three adult children. The check went smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the castle and Victorian market.

Nice place to stay.

Lovely room and hotel, recently redecorated, but the bathroom still needs some finishing off. Would have been nice to know in advance that there no food available, especially as the ad mentions breakfast times, but only a short walk into town so not a huge deal.

Nice hotel, great staff and good value. Large rooms for the UK, very clean. Provided a welcome bag with breakfast items, no dinner offered but nice bar and cafe. I little too far to walk to the main downtown attractions and took awhile to get a taxi but hotel staff was able to resolve.

We had a wonderful time staying at your hotel. The rooms are comfy and clean. The staffs are very friendly, warm and helpful in any possible way. The property was old inside. We had the last room the farthest from desk. Multiple sets of stairs up and down. Our view was the employee smoking area in small outside.

The staff is wonderful, very personable and friendly. There is never anyone at the reception desk and you have to go to the bar. Our room was tiny. No place to put luggage so it went on the floor which normally would be okay but there is no walking room so we were tripping over it. We stayed for 4 days and the first two days we had water, one day it was a dribble and the last day we had no water at all coming from the sink or shower.
