Best stay after a long day on the road

Great front desk staff. Very friendly and welcoming. We had a late check in so we missed out on all the other great amenities like the bar/grill but were able to grab a few things from your Market Place to snack on. The beds were very comfortable and the bath clean and fresh. Breakfast was fantastic. Best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Made to order and as good as any fine restaurant. Makes me wish we had arrived in time to have a shot at that dinner menu…will have to stay again sometime soon!

Hotel was easy to find. $170 for 1 night & had to pay extra to park, in an open parking lot…. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. Shower head was horrible, slow stream of water. Shower curtain hold mold across the bottom. Killed 2 bugs in the room. Bed was hard. Sheets had been used often enough to pill. Not a place we would stay at again.

Nice place for your money.

I was concerned about the 'restaurant' charges b/c I'd purchased the meal package and they told me to charge my food to my room; but they also did the incidental charge on my card. So, next time, I will not buy the food package. There is coffee in the lobby, but only one carafe--everything is done through their restaurant which is really just like a grab and go Starbucks. There are other places to eat within walking distance: Coaches, Outback Steakhouse and you don't cross any highways--so that's what I'd recommend you do. The star of the stay was the outdoor seating area. It's quiet and peaceful. Plenty of gas grills if you want to cook your own meal--you can walk to a grocery store and DD as well. Very clean and quiet hotel. I'd stay again.

Staff were nice enough, but most were new and weren't able to do basic things without a manager. Managers we're completely unresponsive to us. They seem to have a big problem with Expedia. We were told we had to pay for parking because we didn't reserve with the hotel directly. Then we got double charged for the room after checking out because they couldn't bill it to Expedia. Many customer service attempts later no progress has been made. We were humiliated when the staff said we couldn't leave because Expedia's mode of payment declined, and are still stuck in the middle of both parties' refusal to cooperate. Very bad experience!

Everything was great the shower head had something on it but didn’t affect the use. The room was pretty clean, the heckling was quick and easy. I had called ahead and let them know it was going to be a late check-in which they were very accommodating. Unfortunately wasn’t able to have breakfast as we had to be at an even before it started but the eating area looked very nice and comfortable. And even had private sitting spots with its own tvs. Was a very nice setup. The beds were the best bed I’ve slept in at a hotel in ages! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Statesville aka good ole Belmount!!!!

Didn't have no breakfast, But when packing my car up I realized my car was broken into while parked at the hotel. Not only had to replace one window it was four windows had to be replaced. Car was demolished inside, people who worked there didn't act liked they even cared so no i will not be back at Statesville again worst experience of my life

This property has a potential to be very nice. Unfortunately, there was a deodorizer on our floor. That was obviously masking a smell. It was annoying. There was barely toilet paper in our room. We called to get some delivered and promised that it would be in it never came. The fan in the bathroom did not work so it was fogged up all the time. The free coffee in the lobby was only free until 630 then you had to buy it from the restaurant.

We were greeted by a very nice friendly gentleman upon checking in. Very helpful a d I asked him a good place to eat nearby and he said “right here”, our bistro chef is a very good cook. We did eat here and I had a very good burger cooked to perfection. The room were nice and clean. It was a good stop
