Hotel was amazing and that's where the positive ends. We arrived around midnight and it was pure chaos , people screaming and yelling in the parking lot and hotel lobby and hallways, kids running up and down the hallways. AWFUL. Sour milk at breakfast and the dining room was totally neglected by staff. The worst part was the $150 incidentals charge!! That was more than the room cost. It's a new hotel but I would never stay on a weekend again.

So there was an array of events that happened first the key card did not work for the very first day that I was there. I just could not believe that there were roaches in there and I had spent almost $700 for this day just for a few days not only that they charge $150 deposit the bed was worn. I had a room all the way in the back of the hotel in the corner on the very first floor. It was loud there. Are people running around everywhere all times of the day and night not only debt a person walked in on me while I was completely butt naked I had no clothes on so our housekeeper later appeared to be trying to come in my room and steal and then she was like oh sorry I was completely naked. She could’ve been recording she could’ve been taking pictures anything so I need a refund
