I recently stayed at La Quinta, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I found ants in the sink area, which was very unsettling. While the staff did offer another room, their overall response to the issue felt minimal and not as proactive as I would have hoped.
I appreciated the offer to switch rooms, but there wasn’t much effort to make up for the inconvenience or ensure I felt taken care of. Cleanliness is a top priority when choosing a hotel, and this experience made me question their standards.
I hope La Quinta takes steps to address these types of issues more effectively in the future.
