The pictures on the app was a fake: the room looked nothing like it. We had no trash can in the room, we had no hot water in the restrooms sink, damaged walls that were not covered, water damage on the restroom floor, water damage on the restroom walls, room smelled horrible, no microwave. The lobby was nice and smelled good but the room was pretty depressing. I didn’t take pictures but had two additional guest who agree with my comments

Convenient for airport
The staff was amazing everyone was so nice! My only knock on the hotel is it needs reno and because it is an airport hotel there were some inconsiderate and loud guests who hadnt a care in the world of other guests' needs for a good nights sleep. The hotel shuttle service is amazing i recommend this hotel for a park and fly or a short business stay.

Sheraton Sucks
I expected so much more from this place especially since it’s a Sheraton hotel. I had a deposit taken from me which tied up my money for a few days for a room that was worse than a motel. We checked in and the room looked like a hotel you could rent by the hour. The carpet from the bedroom leading to the bathroom was soak and wet. I had to go downstairs because the room phone didn’t work to be changed to a room that had missing light fixtures and wires hanging out. I was also charged an asinine fee for parking and the parking lot had the it holes and was just as run down as the hotel. This hotel stay was the first night of a great trip planned for my mother but it started it off terribly. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful, and didn’t care that I was a first responder. They didn’t offer an upgrade or a discount or a free breakfast or anything for all of my inconveniences. Won’t ever stay here again and definitely do not recommend it for anyone.
