10/10 Excellent
"Lives up to the expectations, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We have a 6 month old baby with us and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Would highly recommend A+"
"Array of restaurants is impressive. The beds are comfortable and the food was very good. The wines are a bit overpriced but the staff were welcoming and attentive "
"What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol
Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper than a transfer from the airport and have us the opportunity to drive up Mt Teide and to the Masca Gorge - both of which were stunning views and the landscape is beautiful. All in all a wonderful relaxing week away! Thank you Barcelo Santiago!"
"Room excellent, hotel set up fantastic for small children, but if you want anything extra like to see extra shows or extra visits to themed restaurants you have to pay, and game rooms for kids but again you have to pay"
"Great property, amenities, spotless room and very kind staff! Everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to reconsider what image they’re marketing. Turn off the exceptionally loud pool music. It gave the impression that they were trying to push a young and hip vibe for the place but that simply wasn’t the kind of clientele on site. Likewise, soundproofing the room doors to combat the basketball court right outside everyone’s room would be wise. Very bizarre location for the court."
"The room/villa was large, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was great and the sun lounger sstem of booking worked very well. On site supermarket, though small, was usefull. The staff were fantastic. Car parking in the area is horrendous, but onsite carpark good, though it costs."
