Learn more about Caye Caulker
Laid-back island life reaches its zenith here, where the unofficial motto is 'Go Slow' and locals actually mean it. The Split offers swimming in impossibly blue waters where a hurricane once divided the island. Snorkellers flock to the nearby Barrier Reef, where kaleidoscopic fish dart through coral gardens in the Marine Reserve. Beachfront restaurants serve fresh-caught lobster on plastic tables with your toes in the sand. Rent a bike to explore the car-free streets, or kayak through mangrove forests teeming with birdlife. The Forest Reserve provides sanctuary for local wildlife, while beach volleyball courts host impromptu matches as the sun sets. Evenings bring reggae rhythms and rum punches at waterfront bars where travellers swap stories of underwater adventures.

Bay Towers Hotel
"Very clean place, in front of a peaceful and pristine beach"
BluZen
"Overall great stay staff were very nice and respectful for most part. One bartender girl with curly blonde hair seemed to rude or having a bad day. Idk idc but you’re in a service field so put all that aside. Food was just not it. From unseasoned $1 wings on Wednesday, to shrimp quesadillas, and then the pizza was over cooked and hard. 8/10 for the resort stay 5/10 food. The breaksfat was ok but it was just pancakes eggs and fry jacks. But the food food just wasn’t impressed"

Barefoot Caye Caulker Hotel
"The hotel is very well situated. Very nice overall and would stay again if in Caye Caulker Unfortunately there were improvement works happening which, of course will benefit future guests, and are very necessary (we are in the slow season also), but it woke us up most mornings unfortunately and there was some mess around (materials etc…) This didn’t deter us and like I said, we enjoyed it overall, especially the pool and top floor relaxing area"
Coral View Hotel & Resort
"Really clean rooms. Really well maintained property. The room was pre-cooled. Bathrooms were really clean and spacious. The roof top had the best view of the island and the water. 2 min walking distance from water taxi terminal. 10 min walking to the split. Really glad I picked this hotel."
El Ben Cabañas
"Excelente servicio y atención al cliente. Las habitaciones muy limpias."
