From the moment our transfer pulled in, the hospitality was top-tier. We were greeted at the open-air lobby with chilled towels and a refreshing water. Check-in was seamless—no waiting at a desk; instead, we relaxed in lounge chairs while the concierge walked us through the resort layout and handled our keys

True luxury. Staff was great and the restaurant options on site were all fantastic - several to choose from. Food was amazing! We didn’t leave the property. Our room was a one bedroom, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. Room was serviced twice daily. Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend. Great for family - includes kids club and teens club.

Beautiful views from the pools on the Club side but there were many kids so if you are looking for more of a relaxing setting stay at the hotel side. Pool service is also slow .

Two bedroom ocean view villa was excellent, with a full kitchen and washer / dryer. Balcony had a single person hot tub and a hammock, which my kids loved. Rooms were clean and staff was incredibly friendly. Anything we needed was communicated via WhatsApp and delivered flawlesly, including transportation to Flora Farms and dinner reservations. Grounds were well maintained and we loved the desert landscaping. Infinity pools were amazing and the highlight. The beach was great for a quick dip but there were also some folks out swimming or jet-skiing. Overall trip was a 10/10.

Excellent property. Didn't care for the timeshare presentation or pushiness of the salespeople, but the resort was 10/10 otherwise. Absolutely lovely room and the views are to die for. Would come back again for sure.
