My room wasn't cleaned on one day but not a major problem and easy to get the tea bags replenished from reception. Although I was aware when I made my booking, it was bit annoying having to leave a £150 tab on my credit card at check in, especially as I was paying for 3 rooms, so £450.00!!! a bit unnerving, but no charge was ultimately taken as fortunately my friends behave themselves. I assume that the hotel has experienced problems with troublesome guests in the past. Would definitely stay again."
