We stayed at the Presidential suite which is huge. We loved the walkable location. Kisumu is a very clean city. The cleanest I have been to in Kenya and a role model for what Nairobi could be. The hotel is well located.. with great views of the Lake and close to the airport.

I thought the Acacia Premier Hotel was fabulous. The hotel location was next to a food mart which was perfect as I needed particular items. The food choices for breakfast was plentiful. The plus includes its proximity to the commercial district and the a shopping mall below. The food was remarkable, Breakfast was a charm. The lighting in the room was not work friendly. We spent one week, there were no drawers, no iron or iron board in the room, available on request. The hotel staff was responsive to our requests, which were not many, they were excellent. The gym was a plus.
