Clean room insulated so the street noise did not bother us, clean pool, great food 3 x a day and right in front of the beach. It is an older establishment, and it shows BUT the beds were comfortable, rooms cold and a great location. We would stay here again.

The staff were very polite and courteous. Everything at the resort was clean. The buffet was 6/10, the hot table each day/night was great. When I booked the accommodation, it said I was booking a suite. When I arrived, it was just a standard room. We waited until about 5 o’clock to check in. The room was clean, the staff was great, beach view was lovely, the food was good. I just was not impressed with the room because it was not the room that I booked in Hotels.com. Not the room in the picture. For this reason, I do not think I would stay there again or use Hotels.com.I don’t think this is the fault of playa Las Arcos. I believe it is Hotels.com.
