Good option in a town with marginal places to stay. Within walking distance to center of town. Staff is eager to please.
There was no receptionist when I arrived. I called the hotel several times and Expedia several times. I waited 3 hours continuously returning to the hotel. I ended up not using the hotel and finding another hotel. The next day the manager apologized. He seems to think his receptionist left and went to a party.
good location, easy to find. Noisy on Friday evening due to noise outside.
the rooms are clean and the bed is comfy, showers are hot n water flow is good. Wasn't sure about the fact that you can't throw toilet paper into the toilets. all the rooms are on one floor ad the first time i was there, my room was in the front of the building which was really noisy and it was also just next to reception desk and front door. When i came back to Punta Arenas after my visits to P.Natales, i was given a room further back n it was much quieter. They were also very accommodating with providing breakfast before their usual times. Most of the tours will start before their breakfast timings, so it was good to get some packed breakfast. In the breakfast room, they have a kettle, so you're allowed to make your own coffee/tea. Overall, its a nice comfy room with a telly.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Breakfast was very good and served in a cute little sitting room.
Nice staff and welcoming atmosphere . Close to all the tourist spots.
It was nice and small, but that also made it a bit strange, rooms were right off the main hallway and were not sound proof
A small family run hotel 5-10 minute walk to the central plazza and restaurants. Very friendly and relaxed, fells like a home from home. Coffee/tea available free all day and a small sitting room for guests to relax in which was very comfortable. If you like fancy hotels it may not be for you but if you like relaxed comfort then this is great.
Don Roberto and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the center and the waterfront. Don’t forget to stick your toes in the Strait of Magellan!
Friendly family run business. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a gem
