Great breakfast 😋 Price affordable Clean rooms Friendly reception Housekeeping Friendly Only issue was Dorsett Residency is next building to Dorsett hotels. If you staying in Residence building, there is no reception only security guards who dont know much about anything to do with check in or speak English. I had to walk again to hotel lobby with bags to check in. So pls go to hotel reception lobby before you make way to Dorsett Residence hotel apartment. Thank you

I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. Good price performance in Bukit Bintang. Clean, comfortable, and good location (just a short, slightly uphill walk and you're at Pavilion Mall). One note, the view of the Towers from the pool on most websites is no longer - new buildings obscure much of, but not all, the view. Still nice pool just not as good of a view. Only downside was front desk staff was zero help getting a taxi when we were leaving - just said call Grab, which we had already done. No list of taxi companies or suggestions on where there might be a taxi stand. The man just said, "well, they sometimes drive by."

Mixed experience - Good location and staff but need improvements - Our stay at this residence unit was mostly as expected, with some positives but also a few issues that need attention. The good: Great location, is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the area. Friendly staff, they were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Areas for improvement: Uncomfortable beds, the mattresses were very bumpy, and any movement disturbed the other person. And, we found bed bugs. Poor hygiene, the pillows and towels had a strange smell, suggesting they were not properly cleaned, the 2 bedrooms were very hot even we turned on the AC. No AC at the lobby as well, the main door was always wide open, even the lifts were hot. We hope management takes action to improve these aspects for future guests. Thanks
