We loved our stay at the pod in Brooklyn, the parking garage was 20 feet from the front door, which was wonderful. The staff was fabulous when we checked in, the rooms and all property areas were all very clean, it was a great experience. The only challenge was that the rooms are small and compact, so managing clothing and things of that nature is a slight challenge, but the overall experience was fabulous.

Almost everything about this hotel is great. The location is fantastic. There’s easy access to the subway system, many coffee, shops, and restaurants to choose from including one right in the hotel lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not care for was the fact that the toilet was located in the shower. I know this is similar to many hostels so it’s not a big deal. I would recommend bringing shower shoes or flip-flops for taking showers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely book again when coming to New York.

I love the Pod Hotels when I’m traveling solo. Each time I’ve booked a bunk room, I got upgraded to a queen. It would be tight for two people, but it’s perfect for one. Very clean and efficient. The Brooklyn one is very large and conveniently located close to the train. It’s easy to pop over to Manhattan when you want.

If you want a nice simple room to sleep in this is great , close to everything , 5 min walk to L train , great food all around , 2 grocery stores next door ! Staff was very helpful , rooms were nice besides toilet in shower but i get the reasoning !
