Terrible serviced
This is not hotel. It belong to the agent own residence. There is no staff or recipient desk for the residence. You have to call the agent from outside come to meet you. It will take an hours! I booked it for the day. I asked when will my room to be ready. He gave me a few minutes that he will clean it but not happened, I had have waiting for 7 hours. I tried to called him many time, he knew and ignore my call. He can’t provide me a room from now. He informed me that he can provide me another day. Asked him where we will sleep. He ignored it again! WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT TERRIBLE RESIDENCE!

有健身中心 游泳池 桑拿等等相關設備 非常完整
雖然許多設備看起來老舊了一些 但是整體而言非常舒適
而且位於吉隆坡的飯店 價格也相當合理

Nice
Mr Mustafa who helped me check in and check out was very helpful. My dates were from 12th Oct till 15th Oct. Only thing is I did not have his contact info while checking in, so had to call Expedia customer care. Had a bit of confusion there.
After that everything went smooth, it was a 1 bedroom apartment at Swiss garden residences with all the amnetities including TV air con, towels and a well equipped kitchen(microwave, kettle) with refrigerator, washing machine cooking plate, utensils etc.
Apartment was cleaned daily(It is up to you, if you don't want it cleaned daily, you can tell the same to Mr.Mustafa who is the owner).
Good and a safe place for family stay. I was a solo traveler.
There is a convenient store in the building itself, so you can buy your ramen or eggs or instant coffee etc from there.
Would definitely stay there next time I visit KL.
