The hotel needs to make it easier for people to find it it took me forever and I was told that they had just done a name change which makes it really difficult. Also the rooms need more light. Breakfast was good

Excellent Hotel and restaurant

i really liked my stay here in marrakech, the staff was too friendly, and the service is so good, my room was so clea. The hotel's restaurant is quite good too, they're serving good moroccan dishes. Thanks guys for the Hospitality

Das Hotel ist in einem super Viertel in Marrakesch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle unsere Fragen werden mit einem Lächeln beantwortet. Der Pool ist schön gelegen auf der Dachterrasse, recht klein aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das einzige was etwas störend sein, ist der Club im Keller. Ansonsten eine absolute Empfehlung!

Hotel tres bien situé, proche des grands axes, chambre confortable, mais pas de service du tout!!! Chambre faite pas avant 18h, et encore en demandant, idem pour les serbiettes, le papier,. Demande a changer les ampoulrs , de la chambre car 5 de grillées, et tjs rien, bref, hotel , tres bien pour un court sejour . Niveau petits dej, tres bien service a table, en terrasse. Roof top , avec piscine, tres bien, manque un bar, mais pour seulement 15 chambres je comprends.

Bello ma...

Siamo arrivati all'una del mattino, al nostro arrivo ci viene detto che la camera da noi pagata e prenotata per 4 notti non è disponibile e che non avevano alcuna prenotazione. Dopo averci trovato un alloggio per la notte ci hanno gentilmente offerto un upgrade in suite. Peccato che la camera sia stata poi pulita ed ordinata solamente un giorno (con un anello sparito). Îl ristorante citato esiste ma chiuso, i lavori sono chiaramente in corso. La terrazza su cui viene servita la colazione (non al buffet e continentale come detto ma a la carte e con tempi di attesa sui 20minuti) é molto bella ma piscina decisamente sporca.

Wat een tegenvaller! Afgegaan op goede kritieken, blijkt bliss point een enorme tegenvaller! Ten eerste verkeerde kamer gekregen waar we zelf achter moesten komen. Restaurant is dicht, zwembad vies en stinkend en gesloten. Rooftop enkel voor ontbijt beschikbaar!! Dit was niet waar we voor gekozen hadden!! Kamer is mooi, dat wel.

Un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir donc rénové avec une déco superbe, un restaurant magnifique et un club tout ça dans l'hôtel. Un personnnel accueillant et au petit soins. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel. Un hôtel à découvrir quartier hivernage à Marrakech
