10/10 Exceptional

Spacious modern-looking clean rooms with great amenities (a laundry machine and a stove). Very close to the train station, so it is a perfect place to stay if travelling to/from Incheon or Gimpo airports.

Near station. Free shuttle to Incheon. Welcome drink.

6/10 Good

It fulfilled the basic hotel function of having a quiet place to sleep in transition to the airport. A bit run down with scratched walls, stained cheap carpets, cheap furniture but decent bed and generous sized bathroom. There are some restaurants and 24 hour stores around the area. They have a shuttle but it’s right by the train station 2 stops away, I elected to skip the shuttle since it would have been longer drive and less flexible time.

Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping friendly. Restaurant workers not so much. Everything is an extra charge including an extra blanket

Verified review

8/10 Very good

Checking in was okay, but not much English is spoken so the staff could not provide nearby dining recommendations or a walking map of the area. The hotel's shuttle driver to the airport did not speak English and was rude. Other than that, our prepaid room in the residential suites tower was comfortable and a good value.

Great location, lots of restaurants near by. Airport shuttle is the key fir me.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean, convenient, and close to amenities. It is also very close to the airport for an overnight stay prior to travel. My only complaint, however, was that I was very hot sleeping as the A/C did not function correctly and would not cool the room. Other than that the staff were helpful and welcoming.

This was an amazing place. Lots to do and plenty of food options within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there were options for vegans as well.

The staff are helpful. The shuttle bus drivers drive recklessly, do not speak English and are completely unfriendly. The breakfast lacks a variety of hot Western-style dishes.
