The staff was lovely helpful and polite, the room was clean. However it is in desperate need of updating and fresh paint due to stainage in toilet and very marked up walls. Nice hotel. Good location and excellent customer service! Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet at night given that located in busy area of the Old Quarter. The only downside was that the bathroom could have been cleaner.
