The location is perfect, rooftop breakfast was great, good size room with hot water and good pressure. What impressed me the most was the quality of service. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Great little hotel right near a lake. Lots of food nearby. The staff is very attentive and helpful in booking day trips and other activities. Breakfasts were delicious. Mr Jackie Le and the staff should all be proud. I will look forward to coming to stay again.
