Good standard hotel near Gajah Madah area. Gajah Madah plaza within walk-able distance which has good eateries, shopping and a Cinema. The restaurant at the hotel offers local food at reasonable rates.

立地場所はトランスジャカルタのサワブサール駅から徒歩数分のところで利便性が高い、空港からは鉄道でDURI駅で降りてバジャイに乗って20000ルピア(160円ほど)でした、何よりうれしかったのはすぐ隣のGajah Mada Plazaの地下1階のHyper Marketで冷えたビールを見つけたことです。今までアルコールを求めていろんなところを探しましたが、チャイナタウンの一部のレストランにしかアルコールが置いてなかった。またBlok Mまでいかないと買えないなど不便でしたが、これで解消されました。いいところを見つけて得した気分です。

何度か利用したことがあり、好印象を持っていましたが、今回で帳消しとなりました。連泊で寝坊をして、昼過ぎに部屋のメークアップを頼んだところ、係が帰ったとかで、部屋のメークアップをしてくれません。替えのタオルと歯ブラシを持ってきただけです。その間の対応が、またかなり不遜なもので、たいへん不快です。もう利用しません。

Very good clean hotel

This is very good clean hotel. The room was very clean and had everything needed except fridge. The service was excellent, very helpful and nice people working there. The breakfast was excellent. There is old shopping centre in walking distance. I would stay here again.

Nice budget hotel

It’s a small hotel within walking distance from Gajah Mazda Plaza. The staff are helpful and friendly with fast check in and checkout service. Room facilities are okay and conditions are clean. There is even a TV channel for watching World Cup football matches. The buffet breakfast is simple without too much food choices but it’s included in a rather low room rate so no complaints.

Lokasi di tengah bandar memudahkan perjalanan ke mana jua di Jakarta. Bilik hotel terasa baru, tetapi sedikit kekurangan kerana tiada almari dan peti sejuk. Kekurangan ini mungkin kerana harganya yang murah dari hotel biasa. Tetapi bufet sarapan pagi yang disediakan sangat bagus, lengkap untuk selera makanan barat atau tempatan. Wifi dalam bilik juga laju dan stabil. Sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang mencari tempat penginapan selesa dan murah.

ホテルのエントランスから床が埃だらけなのでヤバイと思った。案の定、部屋の階の共用部の廊下や部屋も床が埃まみれだけではなく、ベットのシーツの上にも髪の毛やごみがあり、前の客からかえてないのではと疑い始める。まずどこも掃除してない！！部屋は独特の臭いがする。角部屋だったがすぐ外がコンプレッサー室だったため夜中ずっとやかましくて寝れなかった。レストランは5から6品しかなく極端にメニューが少ない。外が雨だったのでしかたなくレストランで食べようと思ったら、その少ないメニューの中から定番のシーフードナシゴレンを頼んだら、作れないと言われた。レストランの従業員は何の為に存在するのかまったくわからない。あげくのはてに朝食の残りのビュッフェを金を払って食べろと言われた。信じられないといって出た。雨の中タクシーを使って外に食べに行かなくてはならなかった。まったくいって従業員はやる気が無い。フロントのコンシェルジュに安くて地元で作っているの皮製品が買えるところ教えてもらっていったが、ブランドフェイク品ばっかり売っているところで、足が棒になるくらい歩いたが結局見つからず買えなかった。

Walking distance to Gajah Madah Plaza

No iron and hairdryer in the room.We were told borrowing time for both items was only 2 hours but when I called at night to borrow,I was told to call back in the morning.Protocol was not followed.We asked for 2 therapists for the in room massage but only 1 therapist came.We were not told only 1 therapist is available at night.We would not recommend this hotel to anyone else for sure.

My stay was grade, stayed there twice! excellent and convenient location. Stuff, they were very helpfull from Checking to door men! Special Mr. OKO and the restaurant Chef Mr.Uray. I will definitely give it a 5* service, well done!

Good value for the money

The value, for the money is ok. Room size ok, size of the bathroom ok. In the morning, some issues with hot water. AC too noise. No noise proof windows, so the traffic-noise from outside the hotel is very loud, in the room. Breakfast ok, a little bit too less western food. 90% asian food for breakfast. Payment in the restaurant by credit card is possible, no minimum charge, but they do not accept American Express. For a short stay, this Hotel is ok. Very friendly staff, clean rooms.
