Beautiful hotel, the bed was very comfortable. We got a great night of sleep! The breakfast buffet was well stocked: Chilaquiles, eggs, frijoles, yogurt, fruit, waffles. Walkable to a wide variety of restaurants for dinner. Excellent! 10/10

We stayed from Thursday, July 3 to Monday, July 6, that is, yesterday we left the hotel. We stayed at the last hotel in its good ratings, but it is necessary to comment on the following. We booked 3 rooms. * In all three rooms we find cockroaches. * On Sunday, they suspended the Light at 12:00 of the day, without notifying the clients', they shielded themselves that they put a little visible sheet on the reservation. We brought insulin, and that risked damage. We are on a fourth floor and had to go up the stairs, which were completely dark. Consequently, there was no water. I recommend giving customers verbal notice. The maintenance is normal, but if they ensure that everyone knows, we're looking for a way not to be at the hotel. * The food was very good, and the waiters were friendly. *The reception staff, some friendly and others especially those who were there on Sunday, need to work more on customer service. *They need fumigation, I hope in the kitchen if they are careful in cleaning. * The cleaning lady on the fourth floor is very helpful and with a good attitude, cleaning the rooms without light.

Stayed there for a night coming from Oaxaca before travelling on the Chiapas. It is a Hampdon Inn so not much to say I guess. You get an internationally standardized experience at a good price. Staff was very friendly. I was advised not to walk around in the area on my own at night but take a cab to get to a restaurant etc. instead. The area looked decent to me during the day but I like to follow what locals tell me. ;-)

The room was clean all the time. The people was cordial and respectful. The breakfast was Great. Plus they have a restaurant at the location on to 10 pm that was great and the food was good too. The only thing I didn't see and I didn't check if they had a pool.
