マナーについて

春休み中で家族連れ、観光客が多かったようですが、館内のマナーなどを掲示されたものが見当たらず、子供が走り回って危険を感じたりバタバタと音が響いて気になりました。 　朝食ビュッフェで係のスタッフがいないと、子供たちが勝手にしてしまい、うどんが散乱して後の人が嫌な気分になってました。親御さんがついて見て欲しかったです。 他県のメリュキュールに宿泊した経験から、スタッフの対応とかしっかりされているのに、お客様マナーで少し残念でした。

チェックインのとき、フロントでかなり待ち時間がありました。 お風呂の洗い場が満員で後ろで立って待ってる方がいてゆっくり洗うことができませんでした。 お正月なので仕方がないですが、改善していただいた方がいいと思います。 フリードリンクや朝食バイキングなどサービスはとても満足でした！
