A decent hotel for the budget. Breakfast was simple, parking adequate and the pool looked nice (though we didn’t go in). The rooms are a bit tired. Our bed sheet was ripping and coming away from the mattress and the floor was dirty. WiFi was variable. Nice staff.

Pousamos em meio a uma viagem de carro para Petrópolis. O checkin tarde da noite foi essencial. Cortesia e boa vontade. Lugar bonito e bem cuidado, mas precisa ter mais atenção com acesso já que os degraus são grandes, não muito adequado para idosos. Café da manhã termina cedo e fica-se sem opções

Queria algo para descansar, oq foi ok, a pousada é "longe" do centro, não dá pra ir a pé, mas é uns 50min de carro.. boa piscina, fiquei no quarto com hidro, hidro boa, grande, quarto grande.. café muito fraco, pão, queijo e presunto, tem dia da semana q só tem 1 pessoa e a reposição demorou e o ovo mexido oferecido tbm. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e solicitos. Podendo usufruir de suas bebidas nas áreas comuns sem problema. O controle da minha tv um botão não funcionava oq me impossibilitou de usar a Netflix e canal aberto só pega a globo. Area comum boa e um ótimo lugar para descansar.

Expectativa 10, Realidade 01!
As instalações do banheiro são velhas e inadequadas. Uma das portas do box estava quebrada e o acabamento colado de forma grotesca. A descarga faz um barulho insuportável. No quarto, uma luminária que fica no centro é baixa e obstrui a visão da tv. Roupa de cama com cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã simples e o café frio.
